The Ugandan ministry is moving along. Let’s talk about the steps God is guiding us through.
Leadership wise, we have been able to find our footing. There are still some issues that kept me on my toes and got under my skin, and I didn’t act perfectly as a response, but we were able to address the eggs before they became a big infestation, or other eggstential crisis. I think the team is getting along well playing a lot of games together. The combination is very similar to a previous team so team dynamics of team Dynamis are somewhat already established. The other team has arrived at our site, so a new dynamic has been added. I’ll just say the other team needs a lot of prayers and leave the situation private.
Ministry wise, things are moving along very well! I am going to state again that having a Bible study embedded into the schedule is awesome, and going from house to house has been fantastic. There have been multiple salvations, and we now have over 100 Bibles to hand out. I even gave away my personal Bible, but was able to get some commentary Bibles as replacements. I’m going to be using a lot of commentaries to make my videos, both from different denominations and from regions of the world as influences. The different country idea only came about because I had the obedience to give my Bible away, so God had a better plan.
We also went to a waterfall. I’m honestly kinda tired of waterfalls on ask the Lord days to be honest but at least the place was peaceful. We were also able to pray over the place because there is a spiritual legend there that causes people to perform witchcraft.
My foot started speaking jiggerish. And by that I mean that I had to go to the doctor because parasites crawled into my foot and planted eggs. The eggs were removed and I’m taking the medication. That story is why the leadership paragraph had a few foot puns in there. Yeah, I nailed those jokes. The jokes were eggsellent and eggciting. We are all good now. I hope you enjoyed my sick puns about the experience.
The path will continue to be walked, but there aren’t too many steps left on this adventure. Let’s see how the ending unfolds. Hopefully there will be less bugs involved.
This is not eggs-actly the news we wanted to hear as your parents. We pray the parasites have been completely eggspelled. We love you !
